Coney Island, Brooklyn—Mermaid Parade.
Every year in Brookyn, we celebrate the start of summer with a Meremaid Parade on Surf Avenue in Coney Island. And every year the parade attracts more, with more cameras—and many of those people I am happy to report were slinging film cameras!
